Learning & Development

The Society is recognised by Investors in People and has been so since 1999 as being an organisation commited to supporting the development of its people. Staff are continually encouraged to improve both their own and other staff members performance through its supportive culture.

This enables its Learning and Development team to have the capability to offer a full and comprehensive package of training courses ranging from induction and soft skills through to management training and leadership development accredited courses.
